Ensure you work out 3-5 times a week.
If you know you won't be consistent, get an accountable friend or a family member who will give you the support you need, if this doesn't work, there are apps on play store you can download simply to ensure a workout routine.
If this doesn't work for you, join a fitness group.

Simple everyday exercises:
-Walking instead of taking the car especially if your destination is 10-15 minutes.
-Take the stairs rather than an elevator
- If you are working on the computer all day, take breaks by stretching.
 Finally, whenever you are confused about what to munch while working with your laptop or reading, go for fruits. You can never go wrong with fruits.
How to begin a healthy lifestyle
I asked myself this question
Why do you want to stop taking some specific foods?
And the answer came.
To look good, to be fit, and of course to live long.
Eating healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains and dairy products has contributed a lot to my body, specifically my health.
In other words if you want to cultivate the art of eating right you need to know why you are doing it and not just because you feel everybody is doing it. A profound reason has to come from within.
If the motive of you eating healthy is not understood abuse is guaranteed, a period will come when you want to go back to consuming the regular, the only thing that will stop you from taking them is the reason you started your journey to a healthy lifestyle.

Hello beautiful people,
I’m Somoye Anuoluwapolorimi, a food lover, and a health chef.
It’s my third year on the journey of a healthy life, and I must confess it hasn’t been easy. Staying healthy could be very boring especially when your body has been accustomed to the usual food. What I try to do is to make my cooking fun, colourful, and creative so I won’t get bored and return to my consumption of junk food. Most people have been complaining to me about their weight, arms, belly fat and how staying fit and healthy has been really difficult and I can totally relate to it, especially when the government has asked us to stay home, and there has been the restriction of where to go buy healthy food.
I will be sharing with you all, how I have been coping with the lockdown and staying healthy too.

MANGO SMOOTHIES AND RAINBOW FRUIT SKEWERS.

This can be served as Desserts, Appetizers or even with breakfast.
Mangoes are essentially good for skin glow, aids digestion, boosts immunity, promotes eye health and lowers cholesterol.

INGREDIENTS

-  3 cups of frozen Mangoes
- 2 cups of frozen Pineapples
- Grapes
- Watermelon
- Skewers
-1 cup of Yougurt

Blend the frozen Mangoes, pineapple and yougurt together until it is smooth.
Pour in a cup 
Ready to drink.

Ingredients;.                

- Cucumber.                   
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Red onions
- Spring onions
- Beetroots
- Potatoes
- Chicken Breast
