MANGO SMOOTHIES AND RAINBOW FRUIT SKEWERS.

This can be served as Desserts, Appetizers or even with breakfast.
Mangoes are essentially good for skin glow, aids digestion, boosts immunity, promotes eye health and lowers cholesterol.

INGREDIENTS

-  3 cups of frozen Mangoes
- 2 cups of frozen Pineapples
- Grapes
- Watermelon
- Skewers
-1 cup of Yougurt

Blend the frozen Mangoes, pineapple and yougurt together until it is smooth.
Pour in a cup 
Ready to drink.
