How to begin a healthy lifestyle
I asked myself this question
Why do you want to stop taking some specific foods?
And the answer came.
To look good, to be fit, and of course to live long.
Eating healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains and dairy products has contributed a lot to my body, specifically my health.
In other words if you want to cultivate the art of eating right you need to know why you are doing it and not just because you feel everybody is doing it. A profound reason has to come from within.
If the motive of you eating healthy is not understood abuse is guaranteed, a period will come when you want to go back to consuming the regular, the only thing that will stop you from taking them is the reason you started your journey to a healthy lifestyle.
