Ensure you work out 3-5 times a week.
If you know you won't be consistent, get an accountable friend or a family member who will give you the support you need, if this doesn't work, there are apps on play store you can download simply to ensure a workout routine.
If this doesn't work for you, join a fitness group.

Simple everyday exercises:
-Walking instead of taking the car especially if your destination is 10-15 minutes.
-Take the stairs rather than an elevator
- If you are working on the computer all day, take breaks by stretching.
 Finally, whenever you are confused about what to munch while working with your laptop or reading, go for fruits. You can never go wrong with fruits.
