SNAIL and PLANTAIN KEBAB
Snails are very nutritious, they help in
 maintaining normal blood pressure, strengthening bones, and also help in keeping regular heartbeats.
INGREDIENTS
- Snails
- Kebab sticks
- Onions, Red bell pepper
-red pepper
-Black pepper, ginger, garlic, spices
- seasoning
- Peanut oil
- plantain

Procedure:
-Boil the snails alive for 10-15 minutes with low heat.
-Drain the boiled snails and cool with room temperature water
-Remove the snails from the shell by shaking the shells, separate the fleshy part by cutting with a knife.
-Use Alum to remove the snail slime
-Marinate the snails and keep in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
-Slice your onions, paper, garlic, ginger
- Pour 2 tbsp of peanut oil in your skillet and stir fry the sliced veggies for 5 minutes, add your spices, black pepper and pour in a bowl to cool
- Fry the marinated snails, then fry the plantain of afterward- Allow the fried snails and plantain to cool.
- Be creative with your stir-fried veggies, plantain as you set them on the kebab sticks.
