Samosa with Tortilla wraps

Samosa Filling
- minced meat( marinated)
- chopped onions, spring onions, tomato, pepper
- spices( ginger, garlic, turmeric, rosemary, black pepper, salt to taste)
- mashed potatoes
Stir fry the onions, add the minced meat, keep stirring till it cooks,
- Add the veggies and spices
- Add the mashed potatoes
- keep stirring for about 2-3 minutes
- pour in a bowl to cool
Tortilla bread:
Divide the circular bread into 4 quadrants.
Take each quadrant and wet it with water.
- Form a cone shape and stuff your filling in the cone
- seal with whisked egg
- repeat for all the quadrants.
- put in an air-tight bowl
- refrigerate for 2-4 hours
- dip fry until golden brown
